TOWNS marks 40th year
MANILA, Philippines - The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) celebrated its ruby anniversary recently at the Molave function room of Dusit Thani Manila. The event was a celebration of Filipino women’s unique strength and unmatched elegance.
