Daiichi Properties appoints CBRE Philippines as sole leasing agent for One World Place

MANILA, Philippines - Daiichi Properties has formally signed up CBRE Philippines as exclusive leasing agent for its upcoming office building, One World Place. The project, which won Best Office Development in the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards, is located along 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City and is PEZA prequalified and pre-certified Gold for LEED Core and Shell. Set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014, One World Place offers green and premium office spaces for corporate and multinational locators. Sealing the agreement are Salvador Uy, chairman of Daiichi Properties (left) and Rick Santos, chairman and founder of CBRE Philippines.
