Zinnia Towers inspires residents to dress up units

Tropical colors and elements were also used, as well as natural materials on the furniture, the floor and the ceilings. To enhance its resort-like ambience, they designed cove ceilings that evoke warm, white lighting.

The development also takes advantage of its strategic location siting along EDSA, just a few meters away to LRT’s Roosevelt Station. Malls such as SM North EDSA and TriNoma are easily accessible.

DMCI Homes’ Zinnia Towers features Lumiventt design and generous open spaces, as well as relaxing amenities and building features.
