Living along the waterfront

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The Bay Garden Club and Residences at the Metro Park is set to become the most viable choice of waterfront living in the bay area as developer Federal Land Inc. puts the final touches to its construction. Work on its third tower, named Mandarin, is in full swing while Royal Palm, the second tower, has started welcoming its new unit owners. The first building called Banyan was completed in 2011.

The luxurious residential project introduced the first resort and country club living in the Bay City with the completion and turnover of Banyan Tower two years after it broke ground in 2009. The 130 units in the hotel-like Banyan complete, with a porte cochere, continue to fine living to its residents. The adjacent Royal Palm’s modernist lobby shows the way to 171 elegant units — with one to fur bedrooms —that bolster the community’s offering of luxurious and comfortable homes.

The 20-storey Mandarin Tower promises the same premium address, resort ambience and amenities at a starting rate of P10,888 per month for an executive one-bedroom unit. This makes Mandarin Tower affordable to young professionals and start-up families who are looking to owning their first home. Other options are two-, three- and four-bedroom bi-level units.

Bay Garden Club and Residences is a piece of paradise in the city. Its long swimming pool, landscaped gardens, children’s playground with sandbox, yoga/meditation area, a bar and grill area, outdoor lounge, putting green, spa pavilion and al fresco dining area make the community a relaxing getaway. There’s a gym/spa, a daycare center, a game room, a function room that can accommodate big family gatherings and a library/reading lounge perfect for studying.

The multilevel podium where the Banyan, Royal Palm and Mandarin towers stand adds an exciting dimension to the residency as it brings a commercial strip for that shopping convenience and pleasure within the development’s premises. A high-level security system is in place and residents are provided with Personal Access Card Key which assures entrance only to their respective floors.   CCTV cameras monitor the entire complex.

Bay Garden Club and Residences is within the strategically located Metro Park on Macapagal Boulevard. The Mall of Asia, Manila Tytana College, Bluewave Macapagal Mall, the seafood dining strip along Macapagal Boulevard, World Trade Center, Philippine International Convention Center, Cultural Center of the Philippines and other dining and commercial establishments are nearby.  There’s also Bluebay Walk, the upcoming green shopping and entertainment center in Metro Park where the family can indulge in a variety of dining pleasure and shopping experiences.  This leisure destination will have a 1.3-hectare open landscaped park, trees, walkways, 600-car parking lot and will house high-end and top brands.

Metro Park is bordered by EDSA to the south, Macapagal Boulevard to the west, Roxas Boulevard to the east and Libertad Channel to the north making Manila, Makati and Parañaque cities accessible to residents. And being in the Bay City, the Manila Bay and its breathtaking sunset is viewable from the balcony or pool deck of the resort community.
