MANILA, Philippines - Our country has always opened its doors and embraced the beauty of different cultures - the Diamond Hotel Philippines did the same as it held an All American Food and Wine Feast celebrating America’s favorite dishes and quality products such as the sought-after US prime-cut steaks.  The event highlighted the exceptional creations of chef Christopher Gallaga at the hotel’s premier restaurant, Corniche, along with the support of special guest Philip Shull of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).  Diamond Hotel Philippines general manager Vanessa Suatengco opened the activities with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a bountiful feast enjoyed by guests coupled with the finest selection of Beringer wines.  Here’s to more delightful palate-indulging feasts such as this from the Diamond Hotel Philippines.
