As long as the excursion is along the route of Victory Liner in Luzon, the company can give the best rate.  Their drivers know the bumps and curves of the route so in terms of safety, it is best to rent a bus from a bus company already traversing that route on a daily basis.   From the reservation staff, to its drivers and maintenance crew, Victory Liner knows best when it comes to travel in central and northern Luzon.  They just do not service the Ilocos region.

“We specifically choose drivers who are familiar with the place and itinerary in order for us to service our clients properly,” stresses Hernandez.
