Food plus friends equals fun

MANILA, Philippines - An ordinary meal always turns into one lively party when shared with friends. On one such occasion, a group of “fond-of-food†women made a pact: To feast together — same time, same day in a different place every month. One monthly “expedition†saw (standing) Minerva Tanseco, Malu Unson, Glecy Mojares, (seated) Gilda Salonga, Karen Macasaet, Guatemala consul Mellie Ablaza, and Lulu Castañeda at the People’s Palace in Greenbelt for authentic Thai food.
