Veritown Fort makes its debut
MANILA, Philippines - The most deluxe township project to hit Manila deserves an equally ritzy coming-out party. So when Federal Land Inc. officially launched Veritown Fort to high society, it literally brought a piece of Manhattan at the NBC Tent in Bonifacio Global City.
The Federal Land team welcomed the guests with a fMoMA-inspired (Museum of Modern Art) photo exhibit. The gallery, entitled “Very NYC, Veritown” showcased New York’s famous districts vis-à-vis dramatic black and white images of Veritown Fort. The juxtaposition highlights the exciting parallelism between New York City and Veritown Fort, touted as a slice of the Big Apple in Manila.
The whole set-up exudes of a unique brand of sophistication identified only with New York. A grand piano served as the stage centerpiece, its shiny ebony body creating a contrast to the stark white lounge chairs where guests were personally served with cocktails such as margaritas, daiquiri and of course, cosmopolitans! While canapés, open-faces sandwiches, and a wide-selection of fancy hors d’oeuvres were being passed around, Federal Land, Inc. president Alfred Ty unveiled the architectural scaled model of Veritown Fort community.
“Veritown Fort is our newest flagship development, a township project situated within the boundary of Taguig and Makati City,” Ty announced with elation. “It was designed with a 21st century modern setting that incorporates luxury residential condominiums; grade A office buildings, high-end shopping facilities and a six star hotel.”
He adds, “This is the newest piece of Fort Bonifacio. We want you to be part of this exciting development.”
Sultry crooner Kat Agarrado of SinosiKat band belted out a jazz-rendition of Empire State of Mind, which served as background music for the stunning audio-visual reveal of Veritown Fort. The presentation gave a glimpse of the various high-rise developments that will rise in this glitzy town. The main anchor of Veritown Fort is the ultra luxurious Grand Hyatt Hotel, a 66-storey beacon consisting of Grade A financial and corporate offices, lavish hotel amenities and over 400 luxury rooms and suites. This opulent nest is accessible to Veritown Fort residential buildings like the Grand Hyatt Residences, Central Parkwest, Parkwest and Madison Parkwest.
