MANILA, Philippines - Visiting families were treated to an extraordinary Halloween party, as the country’s foremost destination for exciting thrills staged its Circus Halloween Treat last Sunday, Oct. 28, at the Newport Plaza.

Free face painting, photo booths, ice cream, popcorn and loot bags were all around as kids were treated to performances by international Cosplayers and Acrobats Pantera Duo, Power Duo, Icarian Trio, and featuring ventriloquist Wanlu for the main act.
