Donation for Manila's needy

MANILA, Philippines - Recognizing the urgent need of the City of Manila’s health department for office space, Minerva Tanseco, immediate past president of the Inner Wheel Club of Manila (IWCM), complied with Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim’s request to donate half of the spacious IWCM clubhouse so the department can continue to offer its services to charity.
