Three Central showcases highly patterned model unit

-

MANILA, Philippines - Looking at all the designs available in many fashion houses, especially during summer, it is easy to conclude that women love tailored dresses. Patterns are definite winners, whether in formal wear or beach wear.

Can today’s modern homemakers translate this love for patterns to a well tailored home? A short visit to the Three Central showroom in Paseo Center, Makati City, gives a resounding “yes!”

Upon entry to the new two-bedroom model unit, one notices the whimsical patterns on the dining chairs, which is repeated in the rug and the oversized etched glass wall. White and black are the main neutral palettes, with a few splashes of color from vases and trays.

Perhaps the main conversation piece of the living room will be the gyroscope chandelier. Or could it have been inspired by another lover of highly tailored dresses, Lady Gaga herself, made famous in the Grammy 2010 red carpet?

Near the door is the modern kitchen, whose counter can be easily configured for a tea ceremony for two in the late afternoons. With the kitchen’s own wine cellar, this counter can easily double as for a romantic wine party for two.

The children’s room is another patterned affair – with music as inspiration. A piano keyboard adorns one beam, compact discs make up the clock’s face, and need we say, the musically gifted kids dream up of classic 45 rpm’s released by the legends during the disco heydays. An electric guitar and Macbook Airs to compose music digitally complete the collection.

Leading developer Megaworld Corporation’s iconic residential condominium project in the Makati financial district, Three Central, is just a block away from Ayala Avenue and a stone’s throw away from Ayala skyscrapers such as RCBC Plaza and GT Tower.

Patterns are evident as well in the master’s bedroom. Black and white are again the main colors, and a headboard of brushy flowers make this a paradisical retreat for the busy couple.

“As Three Central is just a block away from Ayala Avenue, along Valero St., this new 2-bedroom model unit gives buyers a preview of what power living is like when you live right at the heart of the financial district,” Megaworld Corp. VP for marketing and project head Clifford Legaspi declared.

Megaworld Corporation, the country’s No. 1 developer of residential condominiums, is the regal name behind the luxurious Three Central development.

“We only have just a few two-bedroom units left. All units will be delivered fully-furnished so that our A-list clients will find it easy to move in and have more time to deal with more pressing business matters,” Legaspi promised.
