Jacksonville, which is named after Florida’s largest city, is one of the three phases of the horizontal zone at Florida Sun Estates. Phase 2 will be named Tampa, while the third phase will be called Miami. Once completed, the said development will also have a cluster of residential buildings called Oriental Garden Residences and a commercial cluster called The Plaza.
The Oriental Garden Residences consists of the four-storey Bellflower (units for which are now ready for turnover), the five-storey Cypress, and the two-storey Acacia. Cypress has 84 units, each measuring 30 to 31.5 square meters, with one bedroom, living area, kitchen, and toilet and bathroom. It is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2012.
The Acacia, meanwhile, has 33 two-bedroom loft-type units each measuring 46 square meters. The units are well-suited for startup and extended families. After their launch, the house and lots at Jacksonville and condominium units at Oriental Garden Residences will be opened for sale at P8,500 per month.
The Plaza, a commercial arcade, consists of restaurants, shops and one of the largest supermarket chains in the country, Robinsons Supermarket, opened last year.
The master planned community is designed to provide a Florida-like lifestyle with its lush greenery, breathtaking landscapes, wide and open spaces for joggers and bikers, a lap pool surrounded with tropical palm trees and other resort-type amenities. An entrance gate with 24-hour security ensures residents’ privacy and protection.
Strategically located at the intersection of Governor’s Drive and Trias-Amadeo Road, the Florida Sun Estates is accessible via alternate routes such as SLEX, Aguinaldo Highway, Daang Hari and Amadeo-Tagaytay Road. The site is also just a few minutes away from favorite leisure and recreational spots like shopping malls and golf courses. The lush setting provides an idyllic complement to the community’s modern facilities and the relaxed atmosphere promotes a healthy lifestyle.
General Trias is envisioned as an industrial hub south of Manila. Several major industrial estates, such as Gateway Business Park, a world class business community in Javalera and the New Cavite Industrial City in Manggahan, have made General Trias their home base. The master plan for this municipality is to achieve an agro-industrial and residential balance. It is considered one of the new frontiers of growth and development in the Calabarzon area as attested by the giant industrial subdivisions located in the town.
The strategic location of the Florida Sun Estates makes it an ideal abode for investors who want to have an investment in a prime location in Cavite, as well as individuals who are looking for a suitable place to settle. It is also ideal for families who relish an urbanized yet laidback lifestyle and employees in the area’s industrial estates seeking permanent residency.
