Lions Club International Oseal forum held

MANILA, Philippines - The 50th Orient and Southeast Asia Lions (OSEAL) Forum was held on Nov. 24 to 27 at the SMX Convention Center, attended by 2,000 Filipino delegates and 6,000 foreign delegates from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Guam and China. Lions Club International District 301-D2 Philippines spearheaded the working committees led by (from left) Vice Gov. Benilda Cuerpo, Vice Gov. Domingo Pascual, Past Gov. George Ong Tan (convention chair), Past Gov. Imelda Flores (greeters chair), Past Gov. Sol Flores (program chair), Gov. Felix Tienzo, Past Gov. Leo Santiago (exhibit chair), Past Gov. Billy de Guzman (oversight), and Past Gov. Edilberto Aquino (accommodations chair).
