Manila’s glittering social set recently discovered world-class Filipino craftsmanship and artistry as they viewed the masterpieces at Studio 10.10, an extraordinary, creative space in Makati that specializes in customized furniture, interior design and accent art. Multi-talented Studio 10.10 artist, sculptor and furniture designer Niccolo Jose together with genial manager Abel Jose played hosts to an intimate afternoon of furniture appreciation and the artistic process that goes behind the crafting of each piece. Guests enjoyed viewing Niccolo’s captivating Fall Collection that boasts of eco-friendly furniture creations and massive sculptures masterfully crafted from various kinds of aged wood such as mahogany, tamarind, molave, guijo, kamagong, narra, ipil and kalantas chosen from all over the country. It was one delightful gathering as special guests from the international and local scene experienced the mouthwatering cuisines of Indonesia at the recent launching of Diamond Hotel’s Selamat Menikamati: A Culinary Journey of Indonesia’s Best held at it’s newest Corniche Restaurant.
