Sta. Lucia set to launch Monte Verde in Tarlac

MANILA, Philippines - The “Melting Pot of Central Luzon” adds a new flavor to its way of life. Tarlac takes in the expertise of real estate company Sta. Lucia Realty and Development (SLRD) to diversify its wealth of offerings.
