The Beacon lights up with new customer service lounge

-

MANILA, Philippines - Geo Estate Development knows how to treat its clients well. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff at The Beacon Makati showroom to a stress-free purchase experience, Geo Estate makes it a point to make each unit buyer special.

The VIP treatment extends to after-sales with The Beacon’s customer lounge. Here, buyers are welcomed by the accommodating staff and treated to refreshments while they orient the new residents on the rules and conditions of being a member of The Beacon community.

“All unit turnovers will be done in the lounge.  The property manager will be introduced to the unit owner to formally welcome him or her as the new member of the community,” explains Geo Estate marketing support manager Derryl Camaclang.

The customer lounge emulates the sweeping design of the whole project, that is, minimalism with a touch of contemporary Filipiniana. Modern furniture and displays are showcased in the living room. A large picture window will soon give a commanding view of The Beacon’s centerpiece, the 450-square-meter lap pool and the Arnaiz Tower. Behind the wooden divider is a mini play area to keep kiddie visitors preoccupied while the parents meet with The Beacon’s customer support team.

“It’s reminiscent of a Filipino-themed spa,” says Camaclang. “Everything was designed to create a relaxing atmosphere for the unit owners.”

The customer’s lounge is designed to provide a relaxing feel to the unit owners. Inspired by minimalist and modern Filipino design. All unit turnovers will be done in the lounge.

The turnover activity of the Roces Tower, the first in a series of three towers of The Beacon is a significant component in the relationship of The Beacon developer and its clients. A lot of details and careful planning are involved to anticipate all possible concerns of the unit owner. Geo Estate prides itself as the developer that devotes efforts to go beyond what is expected, which is to provide its clients a VIP experience.

“We deliver what we promise from day one until the end.  We are committed to provide above excellent customer service and product as well,” Camaclang adds. “The customer service lounge is one way of showing our commitment. It means, you (customer) will always be special to us so we want you to experience exclusive treatment all the time.”

The Beacon is touted as the aspirational residential resort situated at the center of bustling Makati. Located at Don Chino Roces corner Arnaiz Streets, it is a walk away from major commercial and recreational establishments as well as the city’s central business district, schools, hospitals and churches.

While providing convenience for urban dwellers, The Beacon likewise serves as a sanctuary for rest and relaxation to its residence with its luxurious amenities, such as a 450-square-meter lap pool with two lap lanes in the center, a meditation garden, a bi-level fitness center for gym enthusiasts and a 20-seater private theater furnished with state-of-the-art equipment. It also has a kiddie pool for the young tots and a 300-meter-long jogging trail with exercise stations in its three stops.

The Beacon is comprised of three towers that were named after the roads where they are located. Majority of the Roces Tower units are already primed for turnover to buyers. The Arnaiz tower is currently under construction. The last building, the Amorsolo tower will soon rise from its spot in one of Makati’s bustling road. Pre-selling of units is now on-going.
