Romancing Europe with Sheridan
MANILA, Philippines - Sheridan presents new collections that bring the romance of Europe to your bedroom. Perfumed gardens and pastoral scenes out of the tapestries of Aubusson come to mind with Longleat, the first of Sheridan’s designs from its Deluxe Living collection. Images of roses spilling out of urns surrounded by the soft outline of parkland trees bring back images of a romantic age. Presented in 400-thread count supima cotton, this linen, bordered by muted rose and gold tones, makes a signature statement in refined elegance.
Inspired by the Baroque period, Attingham, a 400-thread count cotton sateen, features flamboyant floral and scroll patterns in gold, copper and bronze, overlaid with a layer of silver shadow. It evokes the mood of antique interiors from a time past.
Lose yourself in the world of vintage maps with Lutece. Drawings of old London that detail its roads, squares, parks and buildings come to life in the rich monochrome combination of sepia and ivory framed in a dark carob border for that masculine tailored finish.
Pietro takes its inspiration from the delicate fretwork much favored in ancient Rome.

Marvelle brings art into the bedroom as sketches of a Parisian café are brought to life in the canvasses of a 300-thread count cotton sateen bed linen. Windows surrounded by leafy trellises, potted plants sitting on wooden benches, or an antique bike propped against the doorway, these drawings complete an artist’s modern take on the most romantic city in the world.
Inspired by a classic French toile, Verner’s bouquets of roses and peonies are artfully drawn and painted in this season’s colors of black, white and pale linen. This design reverses to a neo-classical filigree pattern in gray ink to complete the look of casual yet polished elegance.
Venetia brings scenes of old Venice in postcard-perfect detail. Basilica rooftops, gurgling fountains, and gondolas swaying under arched bridges all hand-drawn by Sheridan’s artists are rendered in a monochromatic palette of cloudy blues and silvers on a crisp white background.
