Luxury living at One Shangri-La Place South Tower

MANILA, Philippines - Shang Properties recently unveiled the South Tower of its latest luxury residential offering, One Shangri-La Place, at its showroom in Shangri-La Plaza.

Hosted by model, actress and TV personality Angel Jacob, the evening commenced with opening remarks by Shang Properties vice president and chief finance officer Vince Formoso, who talked about the distinct lifestyle experience offered by the high-end development.

“We’re not just selling residential units,” he declared. “We’re offering the Shang experience — luxury living in the warmth of a place to call home.”

He also mentioned that the North Tower of the 64-story twin towers, which rest atop a six-level mall featuring upscale retail establishments, is nearly sold out, and encouraged potential buyers to invest in units at the South Tower. “This could be their last chance to purchase a Shangri-La unit and live in luxury right beside the EDSA Shangri-La hotel and Shangri-La Plaza mall.”

Guests were also informed about the features and amenities offered such as the kiddy party room where residents can host birthday parties for their children, a first in any residential development in the country today. Other remarkable amenities include the function rooms good for 200 people, a large swimming pool measuring about 20 x 40 meters, possibly one of the largest pools in a residential building

Wilfred Woo, executive assistant to the chairman of Shang Properties, led the ceremonial toast to the success of the project. Jazz crooner Richard Poon serenaded the crowd, offering wonderful musical entertainment for the rest of the evening.

Designed by Palmer and Turner Hong Kong in collaboration with Casas + Architects, One Shangri-La Place is a 64-story twin tower residential condominium project that will feature over 1, 300 residential units located atop the six-level retail podium of the Shangri-La Plaza expansion mall, which will have approximately 150 new upscale retail and dining options.
