Executive vice president Margarita Villalon reveals that Monterrazas de Cebu is an actualization of a vision once held by her grandmother Doña Genoveva. “I remember her constantly saying to us, as her arm would sweep across the vista, ‘One day Cebu is going to grow in that direction. And we’re going to be there,’” she relates. “Looking back, it was really her tenacity that pieced together the parcels that we are developing now as Monterrazas de Cebu. This project is our way of keeping her vision alive.”
