New luxe address opens
MANILA, Philippines - Construction of Grand Soho Makati (GSM), the residential condominium of top real estate developer Century Properties in prime Salcedo Village, reached full completion in June.
Positioned as the first fully fitted and fully furnished condominium in the country with three interior design options, GSM is now undergoing project turnover for its 360 residential units. On July 30, 2010 units were accepted and 46 percent, or 168 unit owners, have moved into the building. An additional six units are allocated for commercial spaces at the ground floor.
“The completion of Grand Soho Makati is a strong testament to Century Properties’ commitment to deliver quality and life-enhancing projects right on schedule,” said Century Properties chief operating officer John Victor R. Antonio. “In 2006, buyer response was extraordinary because of GSM’s prime location and amenities that offer the sophisticated Soho-inspired lifestyle. Today, we still receive calls from people who are interested to buy a unit but unfortunately, we are sold out.”
Residents of the 41-story residential building now enjoy professional concierge services, high-speed elevators, and a lobby of travertine stone. Amenities on the 5th and 6th floors that are ready for use include the movie room, owner’s lounge, children’s playroom, gym, function/meeting rooms, swimming pool and male and female shower rooms. Opening soon are the laundry services at the ground floor, DVD library and business center at the fifth floor, and a health and wellness spa at the 6th floor.
Inside the residential units are furniture and appliances that are part of GSM’s fully fitted and fully furnished package, which Century Properties first pioneered in previously delivered projects like South of Market in Fort Bonifacio and Soho Central in Mandaluyong. With GSM, Century Properties further pushed the envelope by offering three interior design themes: Modern, Sleek and Contemporary.
GSM is a joint venture project of Century Properties Inc. and the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), with construction manager Nova Construction & Development and architects Roger Villarosa and Associates. For inquiries, call 818-9041.
