The Tempo Flame Red and Evidence Aosta Red is equipped with a topcoat layer called Expert while the Elegance Brick has the New Expert coat that has ceramic hard base for additional layer of coating, to reinforce scratch resistance in most of the Tefal pans. Each of the cookware has the Tefal unique heat indicator called Thermospot that preserves coating, thus it avoids over- heating the pan.
