MANILA, Philippines - Rising home developer PTR Properties Inc., is heading south of Manila with its latest project called Amiya Rosa, a charming community to be located in Brgy. Bolboc of Lipa in Batangas.
Known for mid-rise condominium projects within the peaceful suburban area of Kapitolyo in Pasig, PTR Properties is developing a new concept in Amiya Rosa.

Scarlet, which makes up around 75 percent of the whole subdivision, comes in units with sizes of 53 to 60 sqm. Crimson, on the other hand, will be constructed at bigger sizes of 61 to 70 sqm. There will be only eight units at Vermillion, they’re the biggest at 80 to 94 sqm. per home. Both Crimson and Vermillion units will also have their own service quarters.
All houses will be delivered finished with interiors that can inspire one to decorate depending on his own sense of aesthetics. Units are constructed with a one-vehicle garage. Homeowners will also have a choice of a plain trellised garage or a garage deck.
And just like PTR condominiums, Amiya Rosa buyers also have the option of combining two units to create a bigger space. With prices beginning at P1.29 million, starting families and young professionals won’t have a hard time acquiring their dream home.
