From the entrance, one is greeted by a sweeping view of the dining, living, and balcony areas. Natural elements come into play — wooden furniture in rich patinas, woven storage boxes, and a sofa and pillows in plain and geometric patterns add to the rustic feel. The rich earthen colors, along with vibrant greens, contrast perfectly with the white gray walls and blend wonderfully with the views of trees and the lagoon beyond the glass window panels. High ceilings give an airy feel and allow natural ventilation to circulate freely. Lighting fixtures in metal cutouts, wrought iron, and off-pongee silk add spunk to the unit’s entire look.
The loft has three bedrooms. The one adjacent to the dining area, serves as a guest room. The staircase from the living room extends to the master’s bedroom and children’s bedroom.
Consistent with the design theme, these bedrooms similarly utilize earth hues in its comfortable beddings and pillows. Balconies with seating areas are also found in the bedrooms upstairs. These rooms are connected through a shared modern toilet and bath.
