Sky's the limit at Sentosa Heights

-

MANILA, Philippines - With the themed Residential Cluster of South Forbes Golf City, the country’s largest fully integrated and all-themed golf resort city at the heart of the Metro Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay corridor, and recipient of the Best Golf Community Development honor by the CNBC International Property Awards, the world’s most prestigious property awards program, all roads lead to Sentosa Heights, an enclave where one can live on top with all the perks that come with the package.

South Forbes boasts a dynamic landscape where the lowlands hold the bulk of the Residential Cluster and the main commercial complex, the City Center. In distinct locations where unique natural features are unparalleled anywhere else — on higher elevation — exceptional enclaves are developed. Hence, Sentosa Heights was created.

• Premium property. Taking its name from Singapore’s most popular island resort, Sentosa Heights is meant for a privileged few. With only 29 lots, with an average area of 1000 square meters each, available, only the elite set will have the advantage of waking up to a spectacular sunrise-to-sunset experience, a cool and unobstructed Tagaytay-like breeze from the upper hills, and a magnificent view of the manicured fairways of a world-class golf course.

“At the time of its inception, South Forbes was seen to resemble the head of a dragon, a lucky symbol in Asian geomancy,” Cathay Land president Jeffrey Ng says. “Located at the eye, an auspicious part, is the golf clubhouse, and on the eyebrow is Sentosa Heights.”

• Above the rest. The Raffles house is all about the view. Every room has a well-appointed corner where one can appreciate the beauty of nature. The cool, gentle breeze, the melodious birdsong, and the relaxing view can lull one to sleep.

One can catch a glimpse of the exciting features of the home even from the road through the glass wall by the main door. The Raffles features a high-ceilinged living area and a view of the blue sky at the end of the hallway. The flight of stairs leading to the lowest level reveals an infinity pool with the golf course as a backdrop.

• Sky-high. The most impressive, nay intrepid, among all model homes in South Forbes, is the Stamford, which conforms to the steep slope where it is built, allowing it to have two upper levels and three lower levels.

From the road, one will notice the T-structure that separates the main entrance from the carport. Running along the walkway towards the front door is a linear infinity-edge pool that creates the illusion of spilling over to the golf course below. On the other side of the T is a four-car garage and the service area.

The Stamford’s main highlight is the master suite that occupies the entire second level, surrounded with nothing but glass panels that seamlessly integrate both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Bedrooms for the children and guests are located on the two lower levels yet still enjoying the fairway view. Its lowest level is a wall-less meditation pad surrounded by lush foliage and the verdant fairway.

• Being part of the view.  Living so close to a world-class 18-hole golf course like the South Forbes Golf and Leisure Club is a privilege not everyone has. The golf clubhouse is just a stone’s throw away from the Sentosa Heights’ main gate.

Residents of South Forbes are entitled to a free golf membership at no activation cost, including privileged access and special discounts to 42 other IMG-affiliated golf and sports clubs worldwide.
