Summer workshops at Landco's Tribeca Private Residences

MANILA, Philippines - Landco has lined up summer activities that will keep adults fit and the kids busy. The Clubhouse of Tribeca Private Residences, located in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, offers the following:

 Taekwondo. International champion and former team captain of the Philippine taekwondo contingent Mark Rivero and former vice-team captain for the Philippine taekwondo contingent and Taekwondo Blackbelts Brotherhood international champion Vincent Lizardo will show you why this martial art is a great way to instill discipline while having fun for kids ages five and up. It’s a great workout for adults too!

 • Dance. Baila! Universal Dance and Fitness Studio offers lessons on hip-hop and rhythmic gymnastics for kids, four to 12 years old, and social ballroom for all ages. Batch 2 begins on the week of May 11. Registration is on May 9.

Swimming. The Bert Lozada Swim School is holding swimming classes for kids, four to 4-17 years old, and adults, 18 and up. The school will be at the Tribeca Aqua Park to teach kids to swim the safe and fun way.

 • Yoga for kids. Certified yoga facilitator and trainer Michelle Ressa Aventajado conducts her unique yoga classes just for kids while incorporating various elements of learning like science, health, anatomy, reading, music, and ecological awareness. YogaKids classes start on May 6. Register by May 4.
