The color of elegance
Euro Mode Inc., led by Marilou-Peña Koa, redefined fashion as it opened three new boutiques at Greenbelt 5. The boutiques of Escada, Escada Sport and St. John possess a stylish façade and chic interiors that were inspired by the look of elegance they project in all their outlets across the globe. Ribbon-cutting rites were led by guests of honor Jean Lahirle, president of Escada Asia Pacific, Sabina Honer, economic councilor of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Baby Cruz, businesswoman/entrepreneur and magazine columnist together with Marilou Koa, owner and general manager of Euro Mode Inc.
Stunning fashion icons walked on the red carpet and gathered for an evening of luxurious elegance, lavish cocktails and relaxing jazz music. They all moved to the highlight of the evening to celebrate art and innovative design in a fashion show, entitled “Elegance in Luxury,” that showcased the fall/winter 2008 collection of the three premium brands, as hosted by your columnist. The colorful flavors of Taguig
In celebration of Taguig’s fourth cityhood anniversary, top restaurateurs will gather once again for the biggest culinary festival showcasing the city’s most exquisite cuisines and finest flavors. Led by dynamic mayor of Taguig City Freddie Tinga with lovely wife, Kaye, the gastronomic feast dubbed “A Taste of the City 3: The Many More Flavors of Taguig,” will be on December 4, Thursday, at the NBC Tent.
