Oh, yes, they are friends indeed

It’s great to have friends who can take time out from their hectic schedules just to be able to spend precious moments with you. Friends who will even make the extra effort of doing last-minute shopping just to look for a red dress or tie that will fit the theme of the night. Such are the true friends who all recently spent a most inspiring fun-filled evening with your columnist at the posh Captain’s Bar of multi-Kalakbay awardee The Mandarin Oriental. They are truly God’s blessings to me and I consider myself lucky to have them as part of my life.
