There is nothing more rewarding than a vacation in the island paradise of Boracay. More and more companies are treating their hardworking executives to well-deserved holidays at the famed getaway, and they choose Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Convention Center as their temporary home. Among those seen recently at the first-AAA rated resort along the White Beach are executives of Cambridge University, Kodak, Philippine National Oil Company, the Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices, and Rotary Districts from all over the Philippines.
The resort also recently opened its new development, the Garden Wing, a lush, tropical paradise with 90 spacious rooms, and will include a new spa. Conceived by Boracay Regency chairman and president Henry Chusuey, the new structure will respond to the ever-growing demand of travellers and beach bums. Regency has opened its newly renovated underground beach disco bar, the MO2 Wave.
BestWorld Beverage Brands president Edna Diaz and the highly exclusive Tower Club hosted SKAL International Makati’s monthly cocktail and dinner with a generous pouring of Jacob’s Creek products. The dinner also coincided with the launch of the SKAL-ARSHIP project, a scholarship project supported by the Department of Tourism, Tourism Authority of the Philippines, National Association of Independent Travel Agencies (NAITAS), and global reservation providers Abacus and Amadeus.

The hardworking pair of Sea Wind Boracay general manager Joebert Cocjin and his son, Juice owner JJ Cocjin, is the moving force behind two of Boracay’s hottest haunts. Their gift of entertaining, which they attribute to their parents and to the long line of Tirols, never feels like work because it’s a thing they have always loved doing. Today, Sea Wind has grown to 46 spacious rooms done in the traditional nipa hut style and adorned with many of the family’s heirloom pieces. The astounding success of Sea Wind was followed with the opening of Plazoleta de Boracay’s Juice, the latest party place which boasts the best cocktails and great music.
