It’s in the doggone stars

There is nothing I enjoy more than browsing through the pet book section of any bookstore. I am continually amazed at the books I find.
Dogstrology: The Astro-guide to Your Pet’s Personality by Pat and Cat was staring me in the face when I visited Powerbooks recently. I believe that God, who created all things, both human and canine, did have a plan when He made each dog in the world. It’s true, the lives of my dogs and all the dogs in the world are written in the stars.
OK, at least just like you and me, their personalities have something to do with the day, time and month they were born.
"Like all other creatures, each litter of puppies is born at a particular time; each puppy has its astrological chart, and each will display unique traits that are characterized by the signs of the zodiac," says the introduction of the book.
There is no dog lover in the world who will say that his canine companion is not special. And they are special because they have traits that endear them to us. No matter what anyone else says, each doggie is different – and there are some doggies that we find easier to deal with than others.
Here’s are excerpts from Dogstrology, about your dog:
ARIES dogs (March 21 to April 19): They have the ultimate "go for it" attitude. From the time it is a puppy, life is a contest, a game that has to be won at all costs.
