Totally amazing

I received this in my e-mail: When a stroke occurs, stay calm. No matter where the victim is, dont move him/her because, if moved, the capillaries will burst. Help the victim to sit up where he is to prevent him from falling over again. Begin the blood-letting. If you can an injection syringe would be best. Otherwise, a sewing needle or a straight pin will do. Place the needle/pin over fire to sterilize then use it to prick the tip of all 10 fingers. There are no specific acupuncture points, just prick about a millimeter from the fingernail till blood comes out. If blood does not start to drip then squeeze with your fingers. When all 10 digits bleed, wait a few minutes. The victim will regain consciousness.
If the victims mouth is crooked, pull his ears until they are red. Then prick each ear lobe twice until two drops of blood come from each. After a few minutes the victim should regain consciousness. Wait till the victim regains his normal state without any abnormal symptoms then take him to the hospital. If he was rushed to the hospital by an ambulance, the bumpy trip will cause all the capillaries in his brain to burst. If he saves his life, barely managing to walk, it is by his ancestors grace.
I learned about letting blood to save life from Chinese traditional doctor Ha Bu-Ting who lives in Sun-Juke. Furthermore, I had practical experience with it. Therefore I can say this method is 100 percent effective. In 1979, I was teaching in Fung-Gaap College in Tai-Chung. One afternoon another teacher came running to my classroom saying, "Mr. Liu, come quick, our supervisor has had a stroke!" I immediately went. When I saw our supervisor, Mr.Chen Fu-Tien, his color was off, his speech slurred, his mouth crooked all symptoms of a stroke. I immediately asked one of the practicum students to go to the pharmacy to buy a syringe which I used to prick Mr. Chens 10 finger tips. After a few minutes, when all 10 fingers were bleeding (each with a pea-sized drop of blood) Mr. Chens face regained its color and his eyes spirit returned too but his mouth was still crooked. I pulled on his ears to fill them with blood and when the ears became red, I pricked his earlobes twice to let out two drops of blood. When both earlobes had two drops of blood each, a miracle happened. Within 3-5 minutes the shape of his mouth returned to normal and his speech became clear. We let him rest for a while, have a cup of hot tea, then we helped him go down the stairs and drove him to the hospital. He rested one night and was released the next day to return to school to teach. Everything worked normally. There were no ill after-effects. On the other hand, the typical stroke victim usually suffers irreparable bursting of the brain capillaries on the way to the hospital. As a result, these victims never recover.
Therefore stroke is the no. 2 cause of death. The lucky ones will stay alive but remain paralyzed for life. It is such a horrible thing to happen in ones life. If we can all remember this bloodletting method and start the life-saving process immediately, in a short time, the victim will be revived and regain 100 percent normality. We hope you can tell others about this first aid method. By doing so, stroke may be removed from the list of major causes of death. Forward this after reading. It will be a good deed indeed.
Amazing! I have done my good deed. I will buy two syringes, one for my handbag and another for home, so I will be well-armed with my defense for my next stroke, but will the person I am with know I am having a stroke? Will he or she have read this article? Will I be with another person? I am well now and back to living alone. Never mind, I am happiest this way. The rest is up to God.
I walk around my rented Makati apartment, small, pretty, comfortable enough for me. It is nothing like the Rockwell apartment I had been staying in for the past six months but that was suddenly sold. Many people came to look and then one day somebody bought it. It was a cause for major celebration and major heartache at the same time. It was a lovely beloved flat but my daughter and her husband had decided to live in the United States two years ago. My recovery was accelerated there.
There I lived alone with her maid who took care of my food. There I would wake up early in the morning and go for a walk after which I would do jigsaw puzzles or knit. There I would look up from the puzzle or the knitting to watch the Pasig River, the boats passing by or crossing over from one side to the other, the trash floating around in the summer. There in the evenings I would marvel at the lights, so beautiful, orange and blue, thousands of lights from the metropolis below. There I would retire at nine viewing the lights until I fell asleep.
There, slowly, people called. Could I continue my writing class? McCann-Erickson asked. At first I was afraid to but then, hey, why not see if I can? I could. Slowly but surely little jobs began to come in. My mind began to clear. I began to think for myself, began to find my feet again, began to slowly walk again. One day I received e-mail advising me that I had been named commissioner in the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women. I have a hard time still when I am called Commissioner Gonzalez but otherwise I can see that taking up future time and interest.
Amazing, I think once again, remembering the blankness I felt almost a year ago. I am actually getting well. In fact, I am very well now. The trek has been totally amazing!
