Its a sparty!

Stressed city dwellers need not look far in order to attain nirvana. Heaven, as they say, is here on earth. As you enter the place, the soothing aroma of lavender oils mixed with eucalyptus and mint elevates your being onto a different plane.
After youve stripped your clothes (say goodbye to city stress, bid adieu to your cell phone and just Spa away) and changed into your robe, you are ready to go.
The Spa a haven for those on a journey to relaxation and well being, and a pioneer of the spa boom has recently opened its Greenbelt branch. Its a sanctuary of Zen minimalist interiors reminiscent of Phuket and Chiva Som facilities and atmosphere. Designed by interior design partners Ivy and Cynthia Almario, The Spa Greenbelt offers Thai traditional massage a 1,000-year-old (the massage, not the masseuse) Oriental technique using a mix of stretching and pressure applied to different parts of the body and based on the intrinsic flow and energy balance theory of health and healing. Thai body work improves flexibility and tension.
For a taste of Morocco, The Spas Bel Air enclave features a multi faceted experience. The three-level space has separate mens and womens areas with eucalyptus steam rooms, heated whirlpools and cold plunge pools. Another floor has couples rooms bathed in vermilion red, avocado green and aqua blue. Here, try the Ayurveda spa treatment, which is a holistic health care approach that evolved from India 2,500 years ago. It aims to strike a harmonious balance between mind and body.
The treatment starts as a test to determine your dosha (the three vital forces or vital energies) which are wind (Vata), fire (Pitta) or earth (Kapha). After determining your dosha, specific herbal formulations are applied to your body through massage and exfoliation.
Of course, there are a thousand and one choices for you to try. A whole menu of services to pamper you, from the face to the feet. You can also try having a group session with your friends. A friend of mine once booked a room for her and six of her friends they called it a sparty!
Both floors at The Spas Bel Air branch offer relaxation lounges and vanity amenities. During our last visit, we spotted men having group facials and massages. The metrosexual man cometh.
The Spa masterfully blends different treatments that renew your whole being from inside out. Here, youll experience all the treatments with the most luxurious of surroundings, the most exquisite pampering and the most indulgent of services.
Discover the healing power of water, experience the rejuvenating power of nature, feel the soothing power of touch...
Go ahead and soothe your senses.
