Old Navy comes to the Philippines

Stores Specialists Inc. today announced that Old Navy, the iconic American fashion brand, is opening its store doors in Manila. The first new store will be located at Bonifacio High Street and will open on March 22, 2014. The second Old Navy store will soon follow by opening in Glorietta, March 29. 

The Old Navy store will offer current American fashion essentials for the entire family from adult to baby. 

Stores Specialists, Inc. already partners with Gap Inc. to operate the Gap brand and Banana Republic stores in-market. The Old Navy brand arrival into Manila is the first franchise store for Old Navy and is a key step in the company’s international expansion as it works to grow its share of the global retail apparel market.

Since originating in 1994, the Old Navy brand has quickly become one of the world’s most successful brands, making current American fashion essentials accessible for every family. Old Navy brings affordable fashion in a fun energizing shopping environment. 

According to Anthony Huang, Executive Vice President of Stores Specialists, Inc, "Old Navy became a cultural icon by delivering a unique and fun shopping experience for the entire family. The new store will offer the fullest expression of the brand and a differentiated shopping experience for consumers. We are proud to announce our partnership with Old Navy and very excited about the brand's arrival in the Philippines and look forward to having the opportunity for future expansion”. The stores at Bonifacio High Street, with 1700 m², and Glorietta 3, with 1550 m², will offer local consumers a complete selection of fashion and accessories for men, women, children, baby and maternity in an energizing store environment.

The new stores will launch with the Summer 2014 collection with the latest and most current fashion essentials to make each person – and their family – look great. Local customers can expect to find essentials that reflect an easy American and casual California style. With everything from our denim (a perfect fit for everybody) – especially our RockStar skinny jeans – basic tees, men's khakis and seasonal fashion favorites too.
