Easy Flossy footwear steps into the Philippines
Walk around in style with the latest European footwear brand to hit Philippine shores.
Established 25 years ago in the Mediterranean, Spanish footwear brand Flossy was first worn by street artists and sailing enthusiasts in Barcelona.
Characterized by its simple, fuss-free style, Flossy has become a go-to favorite for fun, casual footwear and in 2010, the brand reached the two- million sales mark, a clear indication of its continued growth and rising popularity.
To show dedication to detail, every Flossy pair is handmade. It offers a wide assortment of bold colors and funky prints that make Flossy such a joy to wear and collect. Whether you’re a student who likes to keep it casual in school or a weekend warrior on the lookout for a new adventure, Filipinos will love choosing their favorites among Flossy’s awesome collection.
For women, men, and kids, Flossy has recreated the classic slip-on into a myriad of awesome styles like florals, stripes, polkas, tribals, even laceups and its own version of a sneaker, the super crease. Wear it with shorts, day dresses, and, of course, pants, Flossy will take you and your feet anywhere you want to go, comfortably, fashionably.
In a special event held at the Palms Country Club in Alabang last month, stylish personalities, the media, and other invited guests were treated to a fun afternoon to celebrate the launch of Flossy in the Philippines.
Flossy’s Arash Jasseb and Luke Charlesworth especially flew in to take part in the event marking a very special milestone in Flossy’s history as it embarks on an exciting journey to the Asian style scene.
Jasseb was the one who first took interest in making Flossy Style a global brand while vacationing in Ibiza and spotting the brand’s potential to be well received by a more international market. Forming the company, Frenzi Wear Ltd with business partner and Barclays colleague, Charlesworth, they were able to bring the Spanish brand Flossy Style to the consciousness of more people, making it more accessible for more shoppers.
Charlesworth joins Jasseb as joint CEO of the company and is extremely proud of having taken this once unknown brand to over 25 countries.
