Jollibee’s ‘Buhay Pamilya’ goes to Pampanga

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - In celebration of its 35th anniversary, Jollibee shares over three decades’ worth of family togetherness and milestone moments that have made Jollibee the country’s number one fast-food chain with a traveling exhibit called Buhay Pamilya at Marquee Mall in Pampanga.

Buhay Pamilya relives Jollibee’s success story — from its humble beginnings as an ice cream parlor in Cubao, to becoming what is now known as the family’s second home for memorable bonding moments. The exhibit, which is specially dedicated to Filipino families, has many interesting and exciting things in store for members of all ages.

Aside from depicting Jollibee’s inspiring story, it also features the many reasons why Jollibee continues to touch millions of lives, here and abroad, such as its famed products, milestone and international stores, and growing family of mascots and celebrity endorsers. Also included are stories of how Jollibee gives back through its advocacy programs.

Surprise celebrity guests Miles Ocampo and Marco Gumabao of the ABS-CBN’s hit teen show Luv U dropped by to take a tour of the exhibit during the launch.

“I’ve always had fond memories of Jollibee. One of my most memorable birthday celebrations was when we brought Jollibee food to the set of Going Bulilit,” shares Miles Ocampo.

Co-star Marco Gumabao shares the same love for Jollibee. “My siblings and I grew up with Jollibee. My best birthday party was my seventh birthday which I celebrated in Jollibee.”

“We are very excited to bring the exhibit to our cabalens in Pampanga,” says Jollibee Regional Business Unit head for North Luzon Joan Aquino. “Jollibee has become a part of the everyday lives of millions, but there are many things about the company that not a lot of people know. Through Buhay Pamilya, they will get to know more about their favorite fast-food chain and how much we value the remarkable relationship we have built with our customers.”

Aside from Pampanga, the Buhay Pamilya exhibit is also set to visit select malls in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cebu, and Davao from April to June.
