Sri Sri Yoga course set
MANILA, Philippines - Sri Sri Yoga is a combination of yoga essentials: breathing techniques, stretching and posture, meditation and relaxation, and yogic knowledge. To experience this energy and dynamism, join the three- day Sri Sri yoga workshop at EDSA Shangri-La Hotel from March 1-3 at 5:30-8pm. The course will be conducted by a senior instructor from the Art of Living Foundation who has taught more than 500 hours of yoga in countries all over the world.
