Marathon winner runs home with a condo

-

MANILA, Philippines - A lucky finisher in the recently held SMDC-QC International Marathon is a proud winner of an SMDC condominium unit. Thirty-seven-year-old Joey Pascual Flores of Visayas Avenue in Quezon City, who participated in the marathon’s five-kilometer run, beat over 10,000 hopeful marathon participants when his race number was picked in the raffle draw.

“This is such a blessing and I feel very lucky. I am a fitness buff, but it was my first time to join a marathon. I’m thankful to the marathon organizers and SMDC for this wonderful prize,” expresses Flores.

“SMDC is happy to support the QC International Marathon. We believe Quezon City, with its various attractions and the promotion of a green and healthy lifestyle by the local government, is one of the best places to live in Metro Manila. Thus, SMDC established residential properties in key locations all over the city,” says SMDC’s Corporate and Marketing Services head Vladimir Cordero.

The SMDC-QC International Marathon, considered to be one of the city’s biggest sporting events, is organized by Executive Runners of the Philippines (Runnex) and the Quezon City government in partnership with SM Development Corporation (SMDC).

SMDC, the country’s No. 1 residential condominium developer, offers affordable stylish urban living with residences in prime locations in different cities in and outside Metro Manila. Experience living in premier residences and strategic locations at an affordable price.
