Alcatel-Lucent & Red Cross tie up to aid typhoon victims

MANILA, Philippines - As part of its worldwide corporate social responsibility commitment and employee initiatives, Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) Philippines organized a fund drive to help the victims of typhoons Pedring and Quiel. Donations in cash and in kind to be used for the relief efforts were given to the Philippine Red Cross in simple turnover rites at the ALU headquarters in Makati.
