Gawad pamana ng lahi award

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Gawad Pamana ng Lahi Award was conferred on LGU Santiago City for its exemplary performance in all aspects of governance: administrative, social, economic, and environmental. Two major programs of the city were cited in the search entry document  the Youth Servicing the Youth program and Leadership Transformation at the heart of the city government. The transformational leadership program was initiated by Santiago City administrator Perla S. Buencamino. For the past 11 years, Mayor Amelita S. Navarro has revolutionized governance in Santiago, Isabela, anchored on improving quality of life, providing access to education, health care, employment opportunities, availability of clean air and safe drinking water, peace and order, and a healthy environment. In photo are Beck Aquino, DILG director Sonny Rafael, Mayor Amelita S.
