Fern recognition awards: Look and C

MANILA, Philippines - Cosmopolitan Cebu City staged the third and final leg of Fern, Inc.’s leaders’ summit held at the Parklane Hotel recently. Visayas network leader and funnyman Fernando “Diboy” Toledo hosted the program together with Hannah D. Crisostomo, VP for marketing and business development. The annual event gathers leaders and top performers of the one million-strong networking company.

Among the exciting announcements were the FERNChise-C packages and technological innovations that would surely boost the Fern business forward. With e-Commerce available, Fern business transactions become easier, faster, and more interactive anytime, anywhere.

Fern supplier DSM Nutritional Products, a leading manufacturer of ingredients for health and nutrition, unveiled its new Quality for Life logo. With over 70 years of experience in the synthesis of vitamins, the Switzerland-based company, represented by DSM Asia Pacific’s Wouter Claerhout, stressed that the Quali-C brand, one of the superior brands belonging to the Quality for Life trademark, is what sets Fern-C apart from other vitamin Cs. In line with this, Fern announced the upcoming “What’s In Your C?” campaign, which will heighten public awareness about Fern-C’s edge: world-class quality, reliability, and traceability.

Highlight of the Fern leaders’ summit was the recognition of outstanding achievers for the first half of 2011. The contenders for each category get the chance to vie for the year-end celebration awards and win huge prizes from Fern’s pot of gold.

Julius Jose Risto Adesna of Eastern Samar was named Most Dynamic New Distributor. Remedios Rabor of Cebu led the contenders for Top FERNchise-C, followed by Laarni Suan of Cebu, Michelle Lim of Bohol, Roy Salud of Cebu, and Julian Reselosa Jr. of Bohol.

The Visayas’ Top FERNchise-C contenders with Fern officers: VP for business development and marketing Hannah Crisostomo, Remedios Rabor of Cebu, VP for finance Jesusa Villavito, Laarni Suan of Cebu, Michelle Lim of Bohol, Fern president and CEO Tommanny Tan, Roy Salud of Cebu, Julian Reselosa Jr. of Bohol, and VP for network operations division Ed Senturias.

Among the contenders for the Top Network Builder category, Fernando Toledo of Bohol took the first place, followed by Richard Lim of Bohol, Rey Rabor of Cebu, Manasseh Bastes of Leyte, and Jonafer Juaneza of Aklan.
