Medical fair in Quezon City
MANILA, Philippines - Healthway Medical, the preferred mall-based clinic in the country, recently organized a medical fair at the Quezon City Hall in coordination with the office of Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista. The activity benefited around 1,500 Quezon City Hall employees who enjoyed the free services Healthway offered for the day, such as body mass index, blood pressure check, vision screening, posture analysis, colon cancer assessment checkup, and consultation with Healthway’s general physicians. Quaker Oats, Bio Fitrim, Kankunis Tea and Honeymoon tea also gave out freebies to the participants of the event.
“I am happy and honored that Healthway has chosen my city to conduct a health fair,” says Bautista. “This medical activity certainly served as an eye opener for Quezon City Hall employees on the importance of preventive health care.”
“We are humbled and grateful that Mayor Herbert Bautista gave us the opportunity to serve,” says Carmie de Leon, Healthway vice president for sales and marketing. “This is just the beginning of reaching out beyond our valued customers and corporate clients. As guardians of health, we want everyone to win on wellness.”
