Support group meeting for special parents

MANILA, Philippines - A strong support system is very important especially for parents of children with special needs. Like their children, they also have needs that should be addressed. Who would be a better source of support than other parents who have had the same experiences?

Since 2008, Center for Possibilities, Inc. (CFP) has been conducting parent support group (PSG) meetings. Every month, different speakers are invited to give insights, inspiration and advice to parents on how to cope with their situation. For the past meets, CFP has invited politicians and celebrities whose children also have special needs as well as experts and people who are advocates for these children’s welfare.

CFP founder Dolores F. Cheng will facilitate the meeting.
