This way to affordable, high-quality technical education
MANILA, Philippines - Working abroad has become a steady option for many young people who dream of a stable future for themselves and their families. This is especially true for graduates of technical and administrative courses whose skills are highly sought in many countries.
As the overseas markets for skilled workers continue to grow, Greatways Technical Institute (GTI) in Makati City has introduced holistic and innovative study programs consistent with its mission to provide affordable yet high-quality vocational and technical education.
Formally opened late last year, GTI offers two-year diploma courses in hotel and restaurant services, computer technology, office management, and computer science. But more than gaining adequate skills, competencies, and knowledge from their courses of study, students are exposed to activities that enhance their personal and interpersonal growth grounded in a strong moral foundation.
Registered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), these programs cover every practical aspect of the study so students can ably pass competency assessments of TESDA.
“We believe that financial difficulties or lack of employment opportunities in our country should not hinder our students from achieving success in their chosen fields as we in GTI continue to provide a very nurturing environment,” explains GTI president Myra F. Umali.
She adds: “The thrust of GTI is to help students improve the quality of their lives in the future, but we make sure our course fees are very accessible while we also offer an affordable installment payment scheme. Here, one can enroll with an initial payment of only P1,000.”
GTI classes are held at GCS Building, 4175 Ponte Street (near corner of Pasong Tamo), Tejeros, Makati City. Call 897-8125, e-mail info@greatways.edu.ph or visit www.greatways.edu.ph for enrolment details.
