Getting a Yuletide high at Highlands
MANILA, Philippines - Belle Corporation, developer of the country’s premier destination for luxury living, the Tagaytay Highlands, celebrated the holiday season recently with A Night of Music: Yuletide in Songs amid the private comforts of the Tagaytay Highlands Showroom at The Podium Mall.
Featuring performances from the Ateneo Christian Life Community (ACLC) Choir and the Gawad Kalinga (GK) Tatalon Performing Arts Choir, this musical event put the spotlight on two laudable organizations that live the spirit of Christmas every day.
The ACLC is a group of students from the Ateneo de Manila University who is involved in outreach projects such as its Adopt-A-Child mission and apostolate program in Payatas, Quezon City .
The GK Tatalon Performing Arts Choir, on the other hand, is a group composed of 28 young individuals aged 10-20 years old, who were formerly out of school and are now studying. This group, which has performed for several local companies and institutions and participated in a musical competition in Singapore, is currently preparing for its upcoming Asia and US tours to continue spreading their music that comes from the heart.
The Tagaytay Highlands Showroom became a haven of holiday cheers and Christmas spirit as guests were served with the season’s favorites such as bibingka, arroz caldo, quezo de bola, turones de saba, tsokolate, and hot tea, among other delights.
