Give Immunizers your best shots
Immunizers is holding its first travel photo contest dubbed “Give Us Your Best Shot.”
The contest is designed to raise public awareness on the importance of being protected from vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) relevant in travelling such as influenza, hepatitis A, typhoid, cholera, and E. coli (traveller’s diarrhea).
There are three categories: Extreme Adventure — best action shot; Food Trip — best shot of eating a delicacy/viand; Little Jetsetters — best shot of a child/children while traveling locally or internationally.
The top 12 photos will be put on exhibit at the Archaeology Annex Power Plant from Nov. 28 to 30.
Each top prize per category will win P10,000. Entries may be sent straight to travelshots@immunizers.com.ph or those with Flickraccounts may join the group www.flickr.com/groups/immunizers. Contest rules and further details are available on www.immunizers.com.ph.
