Gallstone flush report

MOMMY TALK - MOMMY TALK By Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan -
As expected, I received a lot of letters from readers about the gallstone flush recipe that I shared last week. Since last week, I have tried it again because I could still feel some pains in my lower and upper back after a meal. Hundreds of stones came out. This time, I had my grandmother (who is 85 years old) try it because she has also been diagnosed to have gallstones. She’s too old for an operation so I’m banking on this recipe to help her feel better. She’s been super cooperative. I’m excited to share with you the outcome of the flush on her in next week’s article. Let’s hear it from our friends:

Dear Ms. Maricel,

I’m interested in the gallstone flush recipe you shared as I also have gallbladder stones. But I just would like to ask: 1) Is it OK to use freshly prepared apple juice and commercially prepared organic, unsweetened apple juice alternately during four days of apple juice intake? 2) Which do you suggest, green or red apples?

Lydia de Leon

Dear Lydia,

Thank you for your letter. I believe that it is fine to use the fresh and commercially produced apple alternately. I did the same thing when I had to be out of the house while on the recipe. I suggest you use green apples as the malic acid is what softens the stones.

Hope that helps.
Maricel

Dear Maricel,

My gallbladder was removed due to multiple gallstones sometime in 2001. It was too late when I discovered there was a natural cure for gallstones. The recipe you printed is okay but here’s another one that I’d like to contribute:
Removing Gallstones Naturally
If you think you have gallstones, Chiu-Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

For the first five days, take four to five glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four to five apples. Whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.

On the sixth day, take no dinner. At 6 p.m., take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water. At 8 p.m., repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.

At 10 p.m. take 1/2 cup olive (or sesame) oil with 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stool. "Usually they float," Chiu-Nan notes. You might want to count them. I have had people who passed 40, 50 or up to 100 stones.

Dear Boy,

Thank you for taking time out to share another recipe on naturally eliminating gallstones. I’m sure many readers will benefit from it.

Maricel

Dear Maricel,

Hi! I’m writing from Baguio and just want to thank you for your article on the gallstone flush. God’s timing is, indeed, always perfect. About two weeks ago, my ultrasound showed I had multiple gallstones, after going on medication which seemed not to work. I was resigned to the idea of an operation which I set out for last Thursday. I have had several operations already and going under the knife again is just unthinkable. Anyway, I pleaded with God for some other remedy and last night, I tried looking for some treatments on the Internet. This morning, I continued my search until a friend of mine texted and told me about your article.

Following the tips in your article, I found the same diet on the Internet. What I found required me to do it in one day, which I did. The whole experience just found me really trusting God to make things work. It was the oil that I thought I couldn’t take. Your idea of using a straw helped a lot. My husband and kids were around me while I was drinking the oil last night, and when I told them it was time for them to pray, my boy prayed out loud for Jesus to help me so I wouldn’t vomit. My girls were cheering me on as I slowly drank the oil. My husband tilted my head, just to make sure I didn’t spit it out, and he reminded me to think of my gallstones. While I was in bed resting, my kids, all of a sudden, got busy doing something. I thought they were doing extra work in math as we usually do at night. To my surprise, they all came to me a few minutes later with their "get well soon" cards. It was such an encouragement for me as I lay in bed.  At about 5 this morning, I found myself rushing to the comfort room with the prayer that I would see those greenish things you described and true enough, I saw some. I had to go wake up my husband to check it out for me as I was still feeling very sleepy. The second time I went back to the comfort room, he came with me and this time, he was the one who fished it out for me (hahaha). We gathered about 28 small stones. As soon as my kids woke up, I told each of them that Jesus had answered our prayers and that my stones are now out. They took turns looking at it. It was a good teaching and learning experience, especially for them to once again see that God answers our prayers.

Just a few minutes ago, more stones came out and this time they were bigger, like sampaloc seeds. I just couldn’t believe it but touching them myself made me just thank the Lord for helping me through this.

I want to personally thank you for your tips, encouragement, and prayers.

Thank you again and God bless.
Rejoicing,
Debbie

Dear Debbie,

I’m so happy to hear that you saw the stones come out of your body.  I urge you to have an ultrasound first to see if there’s any more left in your gallbladder. In my case, not all came out, which is why I opted for another try with the recipe.  It was then that I saw hundreds of stones out.  I’m due for an ultrasound check again. I know that you’re excited to share this experience with others, but please be reminded that the stones are prone to come back.  You must maintain a good diet and be open to doing the flush again, to make sure that the stones are all gone.
