Planet Defense Game Review
MANILA, Philippines – Running on Philstar.com’s game portal, Planet Defense is pretty simple to play. It’s like Bejewelled and Candy Crush with a twist.
You play the role of a brave alien whose mission is to protect his planet against the invaders (perhaps other aliens in another galaxy) in a large Space Ship, which fly out bubble bombs. All you have to do is click or tap the bubble bomb of your alien, which randomly changes and target the invaders’ own bubble bombs.
Similar to the popular mobile apps games Bejewelled and Candy Crush, you need to target three or more bubble bombs or balls with the same color to diffuse them. There will be corresponding target points in each level. As the level goes up, the higher the points you have to hit. But worry not because you will have special bubble bombs to help you combat the invaders.
There’s the mega which destroys several adjacent balls, the inferno which diffuses all bombs in the row and the clone which hits all the bombs of the same color.
It will be game over for you and your alien if the bubble bombs hit your planet.
Philstar together with Booster Media, the world’s leading company for HTML5 games distribution and in-house Game Studio for high-end HTML5 games which teamed-up with Singapore-based AccelerAsia, is offering a game that sits on a simple premise – easy to play but still fun.
