My.Smart (my.smart.com.ph) allows subscribers to manage all their prepaid, postpaid, and broadband accounts in one go. Through this one-stop portal, they can view and pay their postpaid bill securely using a credit card, activate their phone’s MMS, GPRS, and 3G capabilities, and activate or deactivate international roaming services.
“We encourage Smart subscribers to register to my.Smart. This way, they can manage their Smart accounts even when they’re out of town. All they will need is an Internet-connected computer or phone,” said Smart customer care head Joy Sanchez.
Subscribers need only register their email address, enter information about their Smart accounts like their mobile phone number, and confirm the registration using their email and phone. They can start using the portal in less than five minutes.
They can make a balance inquiry, check if their prepaid call and text card is still active, check the status of their service requests, and read about Smart’s text, call, and Internet packages.
Those who have subscribed to any of Smart’s Always On Internet packages can even check how many megabytes of data they can still consume, as well as the exact date and time of the package’s expiration.
Smart subscribers can also request technical support through my.Smart. They just need to submit an online form, and the request will be attended to within 24 hours.
