PLDT Telpad Snap, Share and Win promo ends successful run
MANILA, Philippines - PLDT announced the winners of its Snap, Share and Win contest, recentlty. The promo invited all PLDT Landline and MyDSL subscribers to submit captioned photos depicting one of three qualities — wonderful best friend, loving family member and fun playmate.
The three “personalities” are inspired by the company’s earlier broadcasted television commercial (TVC) of the Telpad which highlighted the practical benefits of owning the tablet landline. Powered by the Android operating software, the Telpad can be an alternative playmate for the young and the young at heart. Coupled with high-speed Internet from PLDT MyDSL, it is also a convenient way to stay socially connected to friends. And with its multimedia features such as photo and video capture and an internal memory for music files, the Telpad becomes a valuable tool for family bonding sessions.
A total of 300 subscribers submitted their entries, with a majority selecting the “loving family member” category.
PLDT subscriber Desiree Labio bagged the first prize for her photo entitled “Me and My Mine” which depicted a couple in the classic Cupid-shooting-an-arrow pose. Manuel Garcia came in second for his photo portraying two lovers in a tender moment. The caption read “What is the result when you combine two people in love and a PLDT Telpad?” Completing the trio of winners is Sol Paulino Bamba for his heart warming photo of a young boy video chatting in front of a desktop computer. The photo is entitled “Distance does not matter with PLDT.” All three winners received free PLDT Telpad subscriptions. The winning entries can be viewed at PLDTTelpad.com.
