Twice the fun

-

MANILA, Philippines - It was a celebration that offered twice the fun and excitement when Nokia, the world’s No. 1 mobile phone brand, recently unveiled its latest Dual SIM mobile phones: the Nokia X1-01 and Nokia C2-00.

Guests who attended the launch obviously enjoyed the celebration that had them cracking up until the end of the show, thanks to the lively hosting skills of TV personality Ruby Rodriguez and her “twin,” comedy bar sensation Petite. The guests indeed saw “double Rubys” in keeping with the dual theme of the event.

Guests got to try out the new Nokia Dual SIM handsets, which boast the most convenient and intuitive experience not available in current Dual SIM products in the market. The Nokia X1-01 and Nokia C2-00 pack more memory, better battery life and far richer SIM change and entertainment features and offer a unique capability of remembering stored settings for up to five separate SIM cards than can each be personalized with a dedicated name as well as preferred call, SMS or data settings.

Highlighting the event was the unveiling of Nokia Dual SIM phones’ new ambassador, Bossing Vic Sotto. Guests were also the first to preview Sotto’s TVC for the Nokia Dual SIM phones.

“Only Nokia can offer this level of convenience in Dual SIM phones without compromising on features and fun,” said Nikka Abes, corporate communications manager for Nokia Philippines. “On top of their unique Dual SIM capabilities, we pack all other exciting features that make using these mobile phones doubly fun, all at affordable prices.”
