MANILA, Philippines -An annual campaign hosted by SM Men’s Fashion, Just Delivered Jeans (JDJ) was launched last July 20 with a sizzling hot fashion show at the SM Mall of Asia Atrium. Now in its fourth year, JDJ aims to showcase SM Supermalls’ vast array of top brands specializing in jeans.
As celebrities, bloggers and fashion enthusiasts flocked to the venue, SM Men’s Fashion’s JDJ video campaign was being flashed on screen and on loop – giving the crowd a preview of what to expect in the fashion show.
Shot in Porac, Pampanga, the video shows off the industry’s top male models such as Hideo Muraoka, Rafael Do Prado, and Daniel Matsunaga in the middle of nowhere, under the sweltering heat with not much on but impeccably cut and styled jeans.
Soon after, event host and beauty queen Shamcey Supsup welcomed guests and talked about the JDJ campaign wherein she shared SM Supermalls’ special promotions in line with the campaign.
For the whole month of August, SM Men’s Fashion offers P200 off on your final bill for a minimum purchase of P2,000 worth of regular priced jeans. Plus, shoppers get a chance to be one of the 100 lucky winners of P5,000 worth of SM Men’s Fashion gift vouchers.
To officially kick off the program, the Philippine All-Stars treated the audience to a high-energy and super-cool performance. After which DJ Jessica Milner took charge of the music and began spinning beat after beat — signaling the start of the much-awaited fashion show.
First to walk the runway were Hideo Muraoka, Rafael Do Prado and Fabio Ide, followed by equally dashing and gorgeous men in different jeans worn in varying kinds of outfits. To show the versatility of jeans, the models were dressed in ensembles that ranged from casual and smart casual to street style and avant-garde.
Among the brands featured during the show were V+, Baleno, Tank, Code Blue, Markus, Lee, Jag, Petrol, Lee Cooper, Tribal and Von Dutch.
